Fear doesn't always look like paralysis. For high achievers, it tends to be far quieter than that. It shows up as overthinking, as perfectionism, as a persistent hesitation to be fully seen.

In this episode of Conscious Matters®, I share something personal: for years, I was too afraid to show my face connected to my work. What I thought was a fear of visibility turned out to be something much more specific. It was my inner critic trying to protect me from being judged.
